API Tokens page from Enterprise dashboard is showing 504 error

      Issue Summary

      As an Enterprise admin(For Roche), unable to view the API Tokens from Enterprise dashboard , getting a 504 timeout error.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open Trello
      1. Select Admin dashboard  in the header
      1. Click on API-Tokens

      Expected Results

      Gives visibility into which Power-Ups are currently in-use within the Enterprise and how many boards they’re used on.

      Actual Results

      Getting a 504 timeout error, since the query is taking too long
