User Problem

Customers are trying to maintain the ability to directly access and interact with original emails from Trello cards created by forwarding emails to the board. Previously, a direct Gmail link was included in Trello cards, allowing users to reply to, forward, or modify the label of the original email. The current setup, which replaces this functionality with an .eml attachment, limits the user's ability to interact with the email, thus reducing the utility of the integration for tasks that require email follow-up or management.

Suggested Solutions

Reintroduce the functionality that provides a direct link to the original email within Trello cards. This link would allow users to seamlessly access, reply to, forward, or manage the email directly from Trello, restoring the interactive capabilities previously available.

Current Workarounds

Users currently receive the original email as an .eml attachment, which allows them to view the email content but does not support direct interaction.
