      Issue Summary

When importing automations from the automation library, the rules are not visible to all users. If the users import them again, the rules are seen as disabled, even though another user has enabled them, and they are already working.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an automation rule.
      2. Add an automation tag to it and make it a shared library.
      3. Import the library on another board and enable all the automations in it.
      4. The rules are only visible to the current user and not to other users of the board.
      5. A second user imports the rules again, but by default, they are seen as disabled even though the rules are already enabled on the board and working.

      Expected Results

The rules should be visible to all users if they have been enabled by any user of the board. Importing them again should not show them as disabled.

      Actual Results

The imported rules are not visible to all users. This creates a confusion between the users.

      Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
