      User Problem

      Users want to highlight important information or updates within a Trello card by pinning a specific comment to the top of the comment section. This is especially useful for teams who need to ensure key details, instructions, or decisions remain visible and easily accessible as cards accumulate many comments over time.

      Suggested Solutions

      Introduce the ability to “pin” a comment so that it always appears at the top of the card’s comment section, regardless of when it was posted. This could be implemented as a “Pin” button on each comment, with only one comment allowed to be pinned at a time per card.
