User Problem

As a user I want to be able to follow an email thread within a card, summarize it, capture its attachments, filter its content, and omit irrelevant information.

Suggested Solutions

Similar to how our current email-to-card feature works, a card's unique email address could be CCed in an email thread. Then, using AI, we could parse responses to that thread, add them to the card, attach files from the thread, and extract only the relevant information from the thread's responses.

Current Workarounds

CC the email-to-card address in a thread, then parse through each comment added to the card individually.
