      Issue Summary

      Cards appear in incorrect order by due date in the Up next section of the Home page.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Have cards with due dates 
      2. Go to Home page
      3. Notice incorrect order 

      Expected Results

      Cards are sorted by upcoming due date

      Actual Results

      Cards appear in "random" order
