Issue Summary

A user used to be able to bookmark https://trello.com/en-US/add-card , then use that bookmark to save any web page as a card in Trello.

The add card bookmark no longer allows a user to select a board or list.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open https://trello.com/en-US/add-card 
2. drag the link to the bookmark bar
3. Open any web page
4. Select the Add card link from the bookmark bar
5. Trello Add card modal appears

Expected Results

A user can select the destination board and list, and customize the name of the card they are creating, then create a card in Trello.

Actual Results

A user can't select the board and list, preventing them from creating cards using the https://trello.com/en-US/add-card bookmark.

Workaround

Copy the URL of the page, open Trello, and create a new card through the UI
