Allow board admins to hide admin activity from board members

      User Problem

      Users would like to be able to hide activity history (e.g. administrative changes, card movements, permission updates), or ensure that history is only available to board admins.

      Suggested Solutions

      Enable a setting to hide/show board activity to all board members
