Issue Summary

Navigation bar covers the horizontal scroll bar on the board

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a few lists to a board
2. Scroll from left to right using the horizontal scroll bar

Expected Results

The scroll bar isn't covered by the navigation bar

Actual Results

The scroll bar is covered by the navigation bar in the middle of the board

Workaround

Instead of dragging the scroll bar across, click on light grey area on the left or right of the scroll bar to move the scroll across.
Or use the left or right arrow arrows to move across.
