Workspace Table view: add the option to exclude cards

      User Problem

      Currently, users need to delete cards to remove them from the table view, but users would prefer the option to hide/exclude certain cards from the view. 

      Suggested Solutions

      Add the option to exclude cards from a Workspace table view.
