      User Problem

      Users want to set a default skin tone for emojis in Trello. Currently, all emojis with skin tone options default to the lightest skin tone, and there is no way for users to choose or set a preferred skin tone. This does not reflect the diversity of Trello's user base.

      Suggested Solutions

      • Add an option in Trello settings for users to choose their default emoji skin tone.
      • Make sure the emoji picker uses this default on all platforms (web, desktop, mobile).
      • Let users change their default skin tone at any time.
