User Problem
When setting an email-to-board, you have the option to summarize with AI, which is per account. There isn't a message explaining that, which creates confusion.
Suggested Solutions
Add a text explaining that the Summarize with AI is per account, so the user who set the email-to-board will handle this option.
This is intended to avoid problems with customers trying to change this option on their account, but the email-to-board used was generated by another user.
Current Workarounds
Not necessary.
