Only show labels linked to Open Cards in Dashcards

      User Problem

      Currently when filtering for labels in Dashcards, all labels on the board are shown, even if all the cards with that label added are archived.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add an option to only show labels with open cards linked to them to reduce the number of labels shown in the list
