Issue Summary

The "Convert to board" option should be available even after the paid subscription ends.

Steps to Reproduce

1)If a user is on a paid Premium plan or a Free Premium trial, they can convert a board to a template.
2)When the subscription or trial ends, they cannot see the "Convert to board" option, as templates are a premium feature.

Expected Results

The "Convert to board" option should be available even after the subscription ends.This would allow users to easily revert templates back to boards.

Actual Results

As if now this option is not there on free plan.
