Issue Summary

When a workspace admin, who is not a member of a board, clicks the Automation button in the Cardback redesign, an empty popover appears.

Steps to Reproduce

1. A workspace admin creates a card button through the Board option under Automations.
2. The created button does not appear when the Automation button in the cardback is clicked; instead, it shows an empty popover.
3. When a workspace admin, who is not a board member, tries to access the Shared Automation button in the cardback, an empty popover appears.

Expected Results

The shared button should be visible to workspace admins, or the ability to access the Automation button and create buttons in board settings should be disabled for non-board members.

Actual Results

Empty popovers appear, indicating a UI bug.

Workaround

 
By joining the board, the shared card buttons and private buttons become visible.
