Issue Summary

When a user has two windows with a Trello board open on each of them, opening the board switcher on one will also open the board switcher on the other. However, when quickly opening and closing the board switcher, sometimes the two windows will sometimes desync, and one will trigger the other, looping the board switchers to open and close repeatedly on those two windows.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a Trello board in a browser window
2. Open a Trello board in a separate browser window
3. With both of those open, press "B" and then immediately "Esc" as soon as you're able to

Expected Results

The board switcher should just open and close in the active window

Actual Results

The board switcher will instead open and close multiple times, flickering on the screen, and sometimes looping off of each window

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
