Issue Summary

When loading a board with filters via a direct link (for example, https://trello.com/b/BOARD_ID/BOARD-NAME?filter=member:support_tester), mirror cards that match the filter don't always show on the first load. They appear when the board is refreshed or the filter is re-added.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a board with multiple cards, including mirrored cards, add a filter to show the cards assigned to you
2. Check the number of cards displayed with the filter
3. Copy the URL
4. Open a new tab and access the URL
5. In some cases, the count of tickets is wrong. You need to remove and re-add the filter to show the correct amount. 

The user is able to reproduce it every time. We were able to reproduce the issue once in approximately 15 tries. 

Expected Results

The correct number of cards is always displayed.

Workaround

Re-add the filter to fix the number of cards shown.
