Issue Summary

When a checklist item is unchecked/marked as incomplete this action isn't shown in the activity log on the card or the board the card is on and the action to mark the checklist item as complete is also removed from the activity log.

This makes it difficult to identify who completed specific actions on the cards.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a checklist item to a card
2. Mark the item as complete
3. Check the activity log on the card/board
4. Mark the item as incomplete
5. Check the activity log on the card/board

Expected Results

Actions for both checking and un-checking the checklist item should be shown in the board and card activity logs.

Actual Results

The action to complete a checklist item is shown in the card and board activity log until the checklist item is unchecked.

Once the item is unchecked the complete a checklist item action is removed from the activity log and the action to mark teh checklist item as incomplete also isn't shown.

Workaround

Who marked a checklist item as complete/incomplete is still visible in the JSON export of a board/card.
