      User Problem

Currently, when an automation is triggered on a board, the activity displays the name of the user who created it, as it is linked to their account.
This impacts the user workflow, as they need to know who actually triggered the automation (like moving a card to another list, etc.) instead of the automation's creator.

      Suggested Solutions

Develop a method to identify the user who triggers the automation, rather than the person who created it.

      Current Workarounds

Unlike automation rules, board buttons display in the activities the user who triggers the actions (by clicking the button), not the button's creator. The downside is that some actions may not be available for buttons depending on the board workflow.
