Reactivating a specific Workspace member is resulting in an error

Issue Summary

When the user tries to reactivate the Workspace member in question, they get an error message saying "Reactivate member first".

Steps to Reproduce

1. Impersonate the user's account
2. Go to the Workspace Members page
3. Click "Reactivate" beside the Workspace member in question

Expected Results

Workspace member is reactivated

Actual Results

Browser console throws a 403 (Forbidden) error, and Trello shows an error message saying "Reactivate member first".

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
