Issue Summary
Managed user can access a Trello Workspace or board they've been invited to even if 'Require admin review' setting is enabled in Product Request settings in Atlassian Admin.
Steps to Reproduce
- Ensure that Shadow IT controls in Atlassian Admin are in place for Trello with Product Request settings set as 'Require admin review'
- Invite user to a Trello Workspace
- User can access the Trello Workspace or board via the invitation link in their email
- If they click on the Trello logo or go back to the Trello.com Home page, they encounter the Product request form, and are redirected to Atlassian Home. Thus, they can't access the Trello product from Atlassian Home or the Trello.com Home page.
Expected Results
If 'Require admin review' in Product Request settings is enabled, if a newly created Trello user has been invited to a Workspace, the user should not be able to access that Trello Workspace.
Actual Results
User can access the Workspace they've been invited to via the Workspace invitation link, but they can't access Trello.com when they click on the logo on the top left as they are prevented from completed the onboarding flow. They are redirected to the Product request form.
Workaround
If the user needs to be given access to Trello -
- The Atlassian org admin needs to temporarily turn off the Shadow IT control for Trello by updating the Product request settings to 'Allow new products'.
- Then allow the customer to complete the onboarding flow by going to Trello.com Home page,
- The Atlassian org admin can then re-enable the Shadow IT controls by changing Trello to 'Require admin review'.
