Issue Summary

The L shortcut isn't working as expected, as described in https://trello.com/shortcuts. Pressing the numbers doesn't add or remove a label from the card, and the shortcut doesn't focus on the search bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open any card
2. Press "L" on the keyboard.
3. Try to press any number 0-9 or type the label name to search for it.

Expected Results

You must be able to search for a label by name without clicking on the search box, OR you must be able to add/remove labels using numeric keys.

Actual Results

Nothing happens

Workaround

Manually add the label or search for it.
