Issue Summary

When attempting to move or copy a card between boards in an Enterprise Workspace, some boards and Workspaces do not appear in the dropdown.

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a card that belongs to an Enterprise, click Move to move the card to another Enterprise board
2. Notice the desired board doesn't appear

Expected Results

All Enterprise Workspaces and boards the user is a member of appears in the dropdown list 

Actual Results

Only some Workspaces and boards appear

Workaround

It may be possible to utilise card buttons to move/copy cards to a different board.
