Issue Summary

The keyboard shortcut for label assignment in Trello, using number keys, is not functioning for newly created cards without refreshing the page.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a label using the default green color, typically assigned to the keyboard shortcut '1'.
2. Add a new card and attempt to assign the label by selecting the card and pressing '1

Expected Results

The label should be assigned to the new card immediately upon pressing the '1' key.

Actual Results

Nothing happens when attempting to assign the label using the '1' key for newly created cards, unless the page is refreshed.

Workaround

Refreshing the page allows the label assignment shortcut to function as expected.
