We can't use the time a card has been in a list to trigger automations,

ex: If a card is in the list for 30 days

Suggested Solutions

A trigger based on the time a card is kept in a list

Current Workarounds

We can use custom fields and then trigger, like a custom field is set to date 30 days ago.
