Mark card's notification as unread

      User Problem

      When we're working with cards that have a notification badge, we occasionally open a card that we intend to review later, while still wanting to keep the notification badge on the card.

      Suggested Solutions

      Add an option to mark a card as "unread," allowing the notification badge (red bell icon) to remain on the card.
