User Problem

Whenever we edit a comment, the "Discard changes" button is always visible, even if there are no unsaved changes. When there are unsaved changes, we don't see an "Unsaved changes" badge, making it difficult to identify unsaved changes.
This behavior is different from the description field, which shows a "Cancel" button by default and only displays the "Discard changes" button when there are unsaved changes, along with the "Unsaved changes" badge.

Suggested Solutions

Show an "Unsaved changes" badge when there are unsaved changes in the comments.
