User Problem
Workspace administrators currently face challenges in effectively monitoring guest user and members' activity. The Workspace member's section only displays the date of the last activity for each member, lacking details about the specific actions performed or their frequency.
This limitation hinders administrators' ability to gain comprehensive insights into what changes or contributions guest users have made on shared boards. While it is possible to check individual user profiles for activity details, this approach is inefficient and time-consuming, especially when managing multiple guest users.
Implementing the suggested feature would significantly streamline this process.
Suggested Solutions
Create a new page within the Workspace member's section or a new View that offers a detailed overview of guest users and members' activity. This feature should include information on the types of actions taken (e.g., comments added, files uploaded, tasks completed) and the frequency of these actions.
By providing a consolidated view of guest user activity, workspace administrators can more easily monitor contributions and changes, therefore improving management and oversight of shared boards.
Current Workarounds
Currently, administrators can manually navigate to each guest user's profile page to view their overall activity. Additionally, they can verify whether a user has been invited to and accepted an invitation to specific boards through the members' section.
