User Problem

User has a lot of checklist items in a card so it's hard for them to search for a specific checklist item across a board/boards. When they use the search it only displays the card that has those checklist items. This is hard for them as they have to open each card and Ctrl + F to a specific checklist item once it is in card view mode to check if that was the item they were searching for. 

To search for the checklist item, you can use the advanced search feature. Then by using the checklist: search operator, you can find those specific checklists and items. But the search results will only return the card, and not display the checklist items inside that card that matches the search results. You have to open those cards one by one to find the specific checklist item you're looking for.

Suggested Solutions

This can work when a good view of the checklists is available and is being asked in another feature suggestion here: TRELLO-51: As a Trello Premium/Enterprise user, I want to see checklist items on all Views, so that I can view them alongside cards in single board and Workspace Views

Once you have the features to display all checklist items, a search or filter function can be incorporated to search/filter these checklist items according to specific keywords.
