Issue Summary

There is a problem moving a card after creating a new board in a different tab. You cannot change the board on the Move Card pop-up. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an incognito window,
2. Log in to Trello,
3. Open a board you already have in a new tab,
4. Open a card in the board in the new tab,
5. Click on the Move,
6. You can choose a board as expected.
7. In the first tab, 
8. Click to create a new board,
9. Create the board.
10. Go back to the second tab, 
11. Without refreshing, click on the same card you opened in the fourth step.
12. Click on the Move
13. You'll see the name of the board greyed out. You can't change the board to move outside of the board unless you refresh the board.

Expected Results

Ability to move the card outside of the board after creating a new board.

Actual Results

You can't change the board on the Move Card pop-up

Workaround

Refresh the page, and you'll be able to move the card outside of the board.
