Issue Summary

Users are unable to the authorise the GitHub Power-Up on their boards. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Enable the GitHub Power-Up on a board
2. In the Power-Up directory or the Power-Up dropdown on the board, click Settings then Authorise account
3. Notice nothing happens

Expected Results

The account authorisation window appears and users can go through the flow to authorise their GitHub account and use the Power-Up

Actual Results

Nothing happens after clicking Authorise account

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
