Issue Summary

Filtering by Member on the board timeline view does not include cards with No members assigned

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the board timeline view
2. Ensure there is a card with a relevant due date, but without any member assigned
3. Change the view to group by Member

Expected Results

All cards with the appropriate due dates are returned

Actual Results

Cards without any members assigned do not show in the 'No members' group.

Workaround

Group by 'None' to view all the cards in the timeline view.
