Expand the Activity log to include custom fields created by a copied card

      User Problem

      Currently, when users copy a card into a Board with new custom fields, the Activity log won't show events for the newly created custom fields. This is different to when custom fields are created on the Board, where the Activity log will show when and who created the custom field. Not being able to track this in the Activity log makes it difficult to manage and administer custom fields. 

      Suggested Solutions

      When a card is copied in that includes new custom fields, we should show a new activity item for each created custom field in the Activity log.
