Issue Summary

When the Power-Up settings has a multiple lines and requires vertical scrolling, sometimes vertical scroll bar is not visible and users are unable to scroll to see a full settings content.

According to the received report, this issue seems related to hardwares with a low CPU processing speed and low screen resoutions, since it's more likely the issue to happen under these conditions.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a power-up with the show-settings capability enabled.
2. Use the t.popup function to to the capability and load an additional HTML page.
3. Add multiple lines to the HTML page in order to require a vertical scroll bar to scroll through the text and utilize the t.sizeTo(arg) function in the page rendering.

Expected Results

The vertical scroll bar is always visible when the show-settings capability contains a long text.

Actual Results

The vertical scroll bar is not always visible.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
