Issue Summary

The cards displayed in the Timeline view don't provide any information about the Card. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a board and populate the timeline View with cards.
2. Change your user permission to observer on the targeted Board
   • You can keep the timeline view open and switch between observer and member to see the issue in real-time updating

Expected Results

Card names and assignees are visible.

Actual Results

Workaround

Change the user to a regular Board Member instead of Observer.
