Issue Summary
Currently, workspaces will appear in the Non-Enterprise Workspaces tab of the admin dashboard if they meet the following conditions:
- All Workspace admins must already be managed members of the Enterprise
- The Workspace must not already be managed by another Enterprise
- The Workspace must not have another pending join request
There is a bug where if the Atlassian account is deactivated, their workspaces won’t appear which creates discoverability issues for organisations.
Steps to Reproduce
- Make sure you're an admin of an Atlassian organization + enterprise with managed accounts, and the two are linked.
- Create free Workspaces with the Managed account
- Open the enterprise dashboard and note that the Workspaces are listed under 'Non-enterprise Workspaces'
- Go into the Atlassian Org Admin Hub and deactivate the free managed account.
- Go back to the enterprise dashboard and refresh the 'Non-enterprise Workspaces' tab.
Expected Results
- Workspaces are expected to appear on the non-enterprise workspace tab, even for deactivated users.
Actual Results
- Workspaces belonging to the deactivated member are no longer available on the Non-Enterprise Workspace tab.
Workaround
Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when it becomes available
