Inconsistent behaviour as renaming a card shows activity only on IOS app

      Issue Summary

          When we rename a card in the iOS app, the activity logs show who renamed it and the previous and new name of the card. Web and Android don't show any activity.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Step 1 Rename any card in the IOS app, then close the card
      2. Step 2: Upon reopening the card, you can see the card activity on who renamed it.

      Expected Results

      All platforms should show similar behaviour as we should not have this inconsistency

      Actual Results

      Workaround

      No Workarounds yet, only renaming a card on IOS shows this activity.
