      Issue Summary

      Able to add members on a card on a Template Board in Trello IOS app.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Template Board.
      2. Open Trello mobile app. 
      3. Try to add members to the card

      Expected Results

      Should not see the option to add a member on the card.

      Actual Results

      Able to add members on the card in the template board
