Issue Summary

Following the steps of Trello for Google chat and authorizing your account in Google chat, when you install the Power-Up on your board it is not possible to set up any alerts.  When you click on Google char alerts button on the board, you are prompted with the message "You haven't authorized with any Google Chat teams yet. To get started, add or mention the @Tello in a room you'd like to send alerts to."

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Google chat to test
2. Add Trello app to the chat and authorize your account in DMs with Trello
3. Follow the redirection after autorizing and choose the board to add the Power-Up to
4. Click on Google Chat Alerts board button

Expected Results

You will be prompted so set up your alerts.

Actual Results

You are seeing the same message "You haven't authorized with any Google Chat teams yet. To get started, add or mention the @Tello in a room you'd like to send alerts to." 

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
