Issue Summary

Comments that have been loaded from an original card to its copied version cannot be deleted. This issue occurs after creating a duplicate of a card with existing comments, as the comments are carried over to the new card but become locked, preventing any deletion attempts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Card
2. Make a comment on this Card
3. Copy it by using the copy action on the card back or copying the entire list

Expected Results

The user should be able to delete any comments on the copied card, just like on the original card.

Actual Results

The comments copied from the original card can't be deleted on the copied card. Newly added comments on the copied card can be deleted without issues.

Workaround

Uncheck "comments" from card copy tool
