Custom fields created in a paid workspace are not shown after downgrading and upgrading the workspace again. 

To repo:

1. create custom fields in a board in a paid workspace  https://trello.com/b/Q4ZNzn9X/custom-fields-test 
2. downgrade the board using trfind from here  https://trfind.prod.atl-paas.net/subscription/4802254 (Select: subscription actions > Cancel premium
3. upgrade the board again using this promo code: https://trello.com/redeem?code=PREMIUM-1-RACE-DRAW-EVER 

Observe: 
Custom fields are missing from   https://trello.com/b/Q4ZNzn9X/custom-fields-test  in prod 
Custom fields are visible  when using the latest beta,  Branch: Client: build-217949

This issue can be observed in production, but not on the internal beta.
