Option to show all linked attachments by default in a card

      Issue Summary

      User should be able to modify the default behavior for showing or hiding linked attachments.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Attach more than 4 linked attachments to a card
      2. Starting from the fifth attachment, additional links will be hidden by default.

      Expected Results

      We should have the option to show all attachments by default and not have to click on the "View all attachments" button every time we open a card.

      Actual Results

      No option to show all attachments by default.

      Workaround

      Click on the "View all attachments" button to see all attachments
