Embed icon to change link to embed view in card description doesn't always appear

      Issue Summary

      When entering in a valid link that can be updated to an embed, the 'embed icon' doesn't always appear.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Copy and paste in a link into a card description
      2. Click on the link
      3. 'Embed icon' isn't an option to select
      4. Sometimes: If you select another link type e.g. Card, and click on the link again, the Embed icon appears.

      Expected Results

      If the link is eligible to be embedded, the embed icon should appear straight away

      Actual Results

      The embed icon doesn't always appear on first click.

      Workaround

      Sometimes: If you select another link type e.g. Card, and click on the link again, the Embed icon appears.
