Issue Summary
Hey, team, we have two customers who were prompted to enter the security confirmation code to log into the desktop app, but they didn't receive the confirmation code.
Customers also confirmed that they don't get any prompts when using the web app.
We confirmed that both customers didn't have 2FA enabled and they could receive test emails from Mail tracker and also password reset emails.
Steps to Reproduce
- Load desktop app with security code prompt
- Wait for security code via email
Expected Results
The customer successfully receives an email with a security code to log into the desktop app.
Actual Results
Customers don't receive a security code via email.
Workaround
Currently, the workaround will be to ask the customer to setup 2FA using the web app choosing the app authenticator option so they don't have to wait for a code to be sent to them. Then log into the desktop app using 2FA authentication.

Use the web app.
