Issue Summary

This is reproducible on Data Center: (yes) 

If you create a rule with the trigger "when a due date less than 10 days from now is set on a card" the card will only be triggered if the date is set for tomorrow or the following days. It doesn't trigger if you add the due date for today or a day previous to that

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create the rule "when a due date less than 10 days from now is set on a card, move the card to the top of list "Done""
2. Create a card
3. Add a due date due tomorrow. The automation will work.
4. Add a due date due today or a day previous to that. 
5. The Automation won't work.

Expected Results

The Automation should have triggered with the card due today or a day prior to that.

Actual Results

The Automation doesn't trigger.
