As a Workspace admin, I should be able to switch from annual to monthly billing

      User Problem

      When a Workspace admin's annual subscription billing period is almost over, they may choose to switch over to monthly billing instead.
      A Workspace admin cannot easily switch from annual to monthly billing.

      Suggested Solutions

      Have an option in the billing page to switch from an annual plan to a monthly plan, which will come into effect at the end of their annual billing period.

      Current Workarounds

      Cancel their annual plan then re-sign up for a monthly paid plan.
      Or contact the support or customer advocate team to update their billing from annual to monthly.
