Issue Summary

The email to board Summarize with AI option is still being active even if you disable the Atlassian Intelligence on the workspace settings

Steps to Reproduce

1. Disable the workspace settings Atlassian Intelligence
2. Try to use the email board function

Expected Results

When Atlassian Intelligence is disabled in the settings, all features that utilize AI should also be disabled. However, if the board settings were toggled on before disabling, the feature remains active. The expected result is that disabling Atlassian Intelligence should automatically deactivate all associated AI features, regardless of individual board settings.

Actual Results

When Atlassian Intelligence is disabled in the settings, the expectation is that all AI-related features would be deactivated. However, if the board settings were enabled before disabling Atlassian Intelligence, the feature remains active. This indicates that disabling Atlassian Intelligence does not automatically deactivate all associated AI features, as expected, if they were previously turned on at the board level.

Workaround

As a workaround, follow these steps:

1. Enable Atlassian Intelligence in the workspace settings (admin access required).
2. Navigate to the Mail-to-Board settings and disable the "Summarize AI" option.
3. Once this is done, you can disable Atlassian Intelligence in the settings again.
4. After following the steps the IA summarization is definitely disabled
