Issue Summary
Talent cannot be moved to a specific realm via the Admin Hub Data Residency settings.
The steps below demonstrate this issue in the Australia realm, but the same problem occurs in the Europe realm.
Steps to Reproduce
- Confluence, Jira, and Talent are deployed to AU realm
- Pin Jira and Confluence to Australia realm
- Attempt to pin Talent to Australia realm
Expected Results
User is able to pin Talent to Australia realm after Confluence/Jira is pinned to Australia realm.
Actual Results
User is unable to pin/move Talent to Australia realm.
Workaround
