Issue Summary
Upon initially subscribing to SMS on Statuspage, we have the option to manage our subscription and select specific components. However, if we attempt to subscribe again using the same number, we can no longer manage the SMS subscription after the first subscription. The system simply states that the number is already subscribed, and we are required to reach out to the Statuspage administrator for further management.
Steps to Reproduce
- Subscribe to a page for SMS (complete the subscription)
- Attempt to subscribe again for the same number
Expected Results
On resubscription attempt, allow the user with the option to manage the previously subscribed settings.
Actual Results
Either we get a response that the number is already subscribed or we get an error "Hang on there, partner. You're subscribing too fast (give it a quick second and try again)."
Workaround
The workaround currently is to reach out to the Statuspage administrator for subscription management.
