Issue Summary

Using instructions here: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-microsoft-teams-integration/ customers can create a new Webhook and use it to subscribe via "webhook" to receive notifications in their MS Teams channel. 

While these webhooks can be setup, and configured, and show data is being sent, the channels are not receiving the updates as expected. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Follow steps 1-7 on the support documentation - using the link to subscribe to the page ie from <page>.statuspage.io (not from Apps > MS Teams): https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-microsoft-teams-integration/ 
2. Create an incident which should incite a notification based on settings (e.g. component / incident settings of the page) 
3. Notice the notifications go out to ther subscriptions, but not to the MS Teams channel 

Expected Results

MS Teams channel to receive the update

Actual Results

Subscriber Admin shows messages are vendored, however, the channel never receives the notice 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
